At Vantage Productivity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workspace setup. We stand behind the quality of our productivity essentials and offer a straightforward, 30-day return policy.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and undamaged).

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • It must include all original parts, brackets, and instruction manuals.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

How to Start a Return

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to any address listed on your shipping label. Unsolicited returns cannot be processed or refunded.

To initiate a authorized return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our support team via email at support@vantageproductivity.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, our support team will send you a confirmation email containing specific, step-by-step return shipping instructions and the dedicated return warehouse address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable shipping service. (Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs).

Once your return package is shipped, please email your tracking number to us so we can monitor its arrival.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us at support@vantageproductivity.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will evaluate the issue immediately and arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted by our team, you can make a separate purchase for the new item on our storefront.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

All standard workspace essentials purchased on our site, including items bought during promotional sales or markdown events, are fully covered by our 30-day return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (credit card or PayPal) within 5–7 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days of approval, please contact us at support@vantageproductivity.com.
